The mattress is very good and neatly conform with the body. Though I am not surprise with the quality of 'High End' Sealy mattress because the medium I bought in 2003 was still good, I just decided to replace it to more firm mattress.

My wife and I have loved this mattress frame from the first day we slept on it which was in July 2025. It replaced a 15 year old mattress. We were both experiencing back pain often in the mornings thinking it was just old age and arthritis. After sleeping on our new sealy mattress, no more back pain for either of
us. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. Firm and supportive but not hard and uncomfortable.

I never write reviews, but I love this mattress so much I wanted to share the joy. This is my dream mattress - I am so grateful for it and the first thought I think when I wake up now is "wow I slept so well and I feel so good!"
My partner and I moved in together and wanted to upgrade from an old queen mattress to a king size so we started looking for the right fit. It was a journey lol. We actually purchased a different brand and it didn't feel supportive on my lower back. We returned it and once I laid in this one in store I felt like I was floating on a supportive CLOUD - my body felt so relaxed on it, I almost fell asleep in the store.
Here's some added context incase you are like me - I am a back sleeper and I prefer innerspring mattresses instead of memory foam/hybrid (I like to feel like I'm on top of the bed instead of sinking in). The medium is a perfect balance, and also works for my partner who is a side sleeper. Lastly, since I am a back sleeper, support for my lower back is important to me and this bed has added coils in the center third of the mattress for extra pressure relief & support.
Final tip - the #1 lesson I learned from our mattress search is...
Everyone's body is different, so I highly recommend trying mattresses on in person and seeing what genuinely feels good, instead of deciding from online reviews. Your body knows best what it needs :)

The transition from my previous hybrid mattress was a little rough for the first couple of weeks, all good for now will be watching for sagging as that was noted in some of the reviews I read prior to deciding on this particular model. I was having some back pain with my previous mattress but that has all but gone away except what can be expected for an older human!

It has been extremely frustrating to get Sealy to actually manufacture this mattress without being defective. We've now received our 4th mattress and all have been defective out of the packaging. The top covering has been extremely loose and bunched up. This is supposed to be a tight top mattress. Nothing tight about it.
We purchased this model due to the internal support technology. Unfortunately Sealy can't seem to get the external portion of the mattress manufactured correctly.

After testing the Posturepedic® Elite Spring Brenham II out in the store I was impressed. Once it was delivered I experienced the best sleep without waking with a backache or stiffness. The added bonus is my boyfriend does not feel me get in and out of the bed throughout the night.

This bed has been a lifesaver. I haven't had such deep, restful sleep before getting this bed. My husband prefers softer mattresses and I prefer firmer mattresses… this was the perfect median for us. I'm entering my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and haven't needed a pregnancy pillow at all.

I am beyond obsessed with this mattress! It is so cozy and relaxing I have gotten the beet sleep in my life since having it. My back and neck pain is very limited compared to what it used to be. I'm not sweating all night long. I can breathe. I got cooling sheets to go with it. Im going to buy my dad one for Christmas I love it that much. I highly suggest stopping by a store and trying for yourself!

After one month of use, I feel that this mattress provides excellent support for my back and spine. The firmness is just right-not too soft-so I don't wake up with back pain. My husband has also been trying it for the past month and he is very satisfied, noticing a big improvement with his back pain as well. The surface is flat and sturdy, yet still comfortable without feeling too hard. After a month, the mattress has maintained its shape well without sagging. I also find the material durable and breathable, which keeps us from feeling overheated at night. For the price, I think it offers great value.

Great delivery service! Arrived on time and the communication from the delivery company was excellent. They gave me a lot of options and did a white glove service. The mattress came wrapped completely as shown in photo. It's comfortable and the right amount of firmness. I don't like soft mattresses or anything that feels like memory foam which this does not.

WOW! Let me start off by saying that I thought I had a good mattress until I slept on this Sealy. Coming from someone who gets back pains due to scoliosis and neck pains from day to day strenuous activity this mattress exceeded my expectations! I was able to get quality sleep and rest. I received the mattress in medium, but I felt as though it was a bit more firm than what I thought it would be. However, it was still extremely comfortable and exactly what I was missing. I love the height and the thickness of the mattress. It was comfortable for me when sleeping on my sides and back. I felt as though the cushion was the perfect support and I molded right into it without sinking in. It's also a quiet mattress, so if you're in and out of bed it would not disturb another person. You don't feel any springs or discomfort. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout the night. Lastly, as you can see in the pictures the quality and material are beautiful! I love the color pattern sealy chose.

Sleeping like a baby should the standard of all mattresses.. One did not come with any chemical scent. My kids always like to jump off the bed. This bed has to be strong and durable. I could barely wake up this morning. The comfort and support is top tier.

Delivery was prompt and professional. I chose the "soft" mattress and it is soft yet still supportive. It almost feels like you're sleeping on memory foam. I love the cooling fabric for our humid nights. Downside: The sides don't have much support if you sit on them. Overall, I love my new mattress and feel it will hold up for many years.

So comfortable!
I absolutely love my Sealy Brenham II. It's incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I've tried, you don't sink in so much that it's hard to move or roll over. It feels like you're sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck!
A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you'll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it's also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout.
Even with those quirks, the comfort is outstanding. If you want a mattress that's truly soft and plush but still supportive and durable, I can't recommend this one enough.

I like it a lot so far. Had a Beautyrest mattress before this one, also firm. This mattress is thicker than that mattress. It's about 13" high. When a second person lays on the mattress, it doesn't shift the position of the other person so it has some good structure. I don't notice any discomfort while sleeping. My Beautyrest lost some of its firmness over time (I had it about two years). Time will tell for this Sealy mattress. I've only used it for a month, but so far it has kept its shape and firmness level so I'm happy with it.

This mattress is very comfortable and supportive. It isn't too hard or soft. I have felt more rested and relaxed since using this mattress and my husband mentioned experiencing less discomfort in his back and neck. It seems to be of good quality and durable so far. The price seems to be pretty standard for a quality mattress these days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know looking for a new mattress. I also like the navy color, it isn't a huge deal, but it kind of makes it special and different than most other mattresses.

I'm not saying this mattress has fixed all my back problems but it has definitely helped a lot. I wake up with a lot less stiffness and back pain. It's very comfy and I would say on the firmer side of soft. I love the pillow top, it adds a whole other level of plushness. It's a lot taller than our previous mattress which I personally love. Do make sure you get deep pocket sheets since it's so thick though. Another great feature of this mattress is the side loops/handles that make it easy to move. It feels sturdy and well made so I think it will last quite a while. A really great quality of life improvement. I can confidently recommend this mattress to anyone.

This mattress was very comfortable and firm with a pillow top. Meaning it had enough support that I didn't sink in but had enough softness from the pillow top to not too firm. I felt the mattress was very breathable and soft. This mattress had great posture pressure relief from the gel foam. This bed also had cooling fibers. Refreshing feeling laying down and sleeping in a bed that doesn't hold heat. If you're looking a mattress that still has firmness and soft like a pillow top. This bed is it. Very comfortable

Got to try for free in exchange for a review. We've had it about a month and it is so comfortable. While it's labeled medium firmness, I would say it's on the softer side but we love soft so it's great for us. It's a thick mattress about 16 inches, so we had to get a shorter box spring to bring down the height. We also had to get new sheets for it. It provides a cozy, supportive, cool, comfortable sleep, can't speak for the longevity because we've only had it for a month, but I would buy this again. It doesn't squeak or make any noise.

I got this mattress to replace one that I have that is 10 years old and this one is such an improvement. I've slept better since getting it than I have in years. It is a tall mattress though, just a heads up. But if you are using a platform bed frame then it will be perfect. I highly recommend this mattress

This is honestly the best sleep I've had in years, I could almost cry! This mattress provides a wonderful amount of support. It's really firm, but not stiff. The quality is unmatched and is so durable! The fabric on the mattress is really soft and silky feeling. I have no aches in the morning when I wake up, and notice I don't sleep as hot.

This was like manifest. it's come just on a time. My old mattress was so bad after just 4 years with it i the foam got bad ,and I was having a lot of pain in the back . But with this mattress that's going away, I wake up like a normal person . I don't have any more the feelings of I am tired after I wake up . I always think soft is better, but now, with this mattress, I feel a lot better, and it's not that soft but perfect . I am really happy with this type, and I know what I will get for all of my family for their beds so they can sleep in a dream

This is the best mattress I have used. The product combines both the spring box and the top layer, not too bulky, easy to move. The mattress supports the spine comfortably, and I have a good night's sleep until morning. The price is too good for such quality.

It arrived! First, you have to understand, I've needed a new mattress for several years now so I was thrilled when this one arrived. The fabric is soft yet durable and exactly the right amount of firmness. As soon as I had it on the frame I immediately lay down and couldn't believe how supportive it is and how breathable the fabric is. It doesn't trap heat in like other mattresses do. I absolutely recommend!

When I say this is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Me and my husband travel a lot so we get to experience a variety of cozy mattresses and not a cozy ones. On top of that, we have been needing a new mattress because the BR we got 2 years ago has really let us down. In this hunt for the best new mattress, my husband has been calling some of our favorite hotels to see what mattress they had, we've gone to several stores to test things out, etc., it's really been a whole ordeal. Well, when I got the opportunity to test this one for our guest room, I was so excited. After sleeping on it we are OBSESSED. It is so comfy but supportive, it has cooling technology and I really didn't notice either of us getting hot like we do on our current mattress (my husband will constantly uncover himself). With our other mattress when went through a horrible adjustment period where it seemed like we hurt head to toe. But not with this one! I felt like my back pain was better the next morning from proper support. My neck and shoulders didn't hurt. I truly felt amazing! This mattress is worth it, trust me! We will be purchasing a king version for our master bedroom!

Super comfortable bed, great support for every type of sleeper. My husband broke his back 3 years ago and this bed is the perfect firmness for him, he's able to rest without the pain. The price is a little high it seems, but sealy beds last for years and years to come! So it's worth the investment.

I have always been a firm support type of sleeper. This is the first mattress that I own of its kind. After the first night sleep I can already tell the difference. I sleep face up through the night and chose to sleep without a pillow to better notice a difference. Usually my back aches when I don't sleep with pillow support. This morning I noticed right away that my back was not feeling achy from being pillow-less. I really love that! Being a mom of two it's non-stop activity throughout the day. Now I know for sure my body is comfortably supported after active days 24/7 . I definitely recommend!
